Using Link2Note

You may use Link2Note to process sources you are allowed to access and use. You are responsible for the URLs, files, and instructions you submit and for complying with applicable law and the terms of the source service.

Accounts

Keep your account credentials and sessions secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. OAuth sign-in may be offered through Google or GitHub when those integrations are configured.

Acceptable use

Do not use Link2Note to break access controls, distribute malware, unlawfully obtain private material, overload third-party services, or process content in a way that infringes rights you do not have.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, when enabled, renew according to the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Stripe handles payment processing. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal when a Stripe customer is attached to your account.

Outputs

Link2Note organizes and transforms source material; it does not grant new rights to that source material. You remain responsible for reviewing generated transcripts, summaries, metadata, downloads, and archives before relying on or publishing them.

AI Peer Review

Peer Review means review by multiple AI models, not academic, professional, or human peer review. Model agreement, rankings, and synthesis can improve coverage but do not guarantee factual correctness. Important claims should still be checked against reliable sources.

Service changes

Features, limits, models, source compatibility, and pricing may change as Link2Note develops. We may suspend a workflow when needed for security, reliability, provider requirements, or abuse prevention.

Availability

Link2Note is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep jobs and stored outputs reliable, but uninterrupted operation and perfect source extraction are not guaranteed.
